Which payment methods are available?

How can I purchase an item if I don’t have a PayPal account?

At this time, all artists and purchasers must have a PayPal account. As we develop the site further we plan to expand the purchase options.

How are the notebook orders fulfilled?

The artist ships directly to the purchaser.

I want to buy a custom notebook, but the artist doesn't ship to my country. What can I do?

Unfortunately, notebooks can only be shipped to the countries stated by the artist.

How does the shipping profile work?

Sellers can specify which countries they are able to ship to. For each country, the seller specifies a flat rate. When you choose an artwork and select the country for shipping, the price will be updated according to the flat rate provided.

How can I give feedback to the artists?

To give feedback on content, you can use the "like" feature on Facebook. To give feedback on service, use "seller reputation" on PayPal.

I haven't received the notebook or I've had another problem with the transaction. How do I cancel the transaction or order?

Before contacting Moleskine, please contact the selling artist via email on the Moleskine Artist Marketplace platform to try and resolve the problem. Only a seller can cancel an order so if you wish to cancel your order, you must contact the selling artist.

If the seller does not respond, and you believe the order has not shipped as promised, you can file a non-delivery report. If a non-delivery case goes unresolved, the selling artist faces suspension or account termination, so it is in the artist's best interest to resolve non-delivery cases promptly.

How can I request a refund?

If you paid with PayPal, you may want to contact PayPal's customer support to inquire about claiming a refund. Keep in mind that PayPal has a time limit for filing a dispute: you must open a claim within 45 days of the payment date.

You can check on the progress of your non-delivery case by visiting your reported cases page. Please use PayPal's feedback system to review the seller's service.

How can I flag inappropriate content and what happens when I do?

When you flag appropriate content our customer service team will review the item in question.

How are the Moleskine notebooks displayed on the homepage selected?

The notebooks in the mosaic on the homepage are selected based on the most clicks on the Facebook "like" button from the Moleskine Artist Marketplace.
