Personalised notebook with cut-out cover and illustrated 1st page. This journal depicts a naiad/water nymph, a female spirit that presided over fountains, wells, springs, streams, brooks and other bodies of fresh water.
I've been journalling for years. One of my altered journals was featured in the Guardian Observer 'New Review' & my journals have been exhibited by the brand Moleskine & at the Colouring Outside The Lines show. The beauty in altering these journals is partly due to working with a format that can be adapted, but also in the reveal - what will be found inside isn't always obvious from the cover.
*This is a havana/tan Moleskine cahier pocket-size journal, so it is flexible, light, and soft, easy to take anywhere! It measures 3.5"x5.5" (9x14cm)
*There are 64 plain/cream, acid-free pages, with the last 16 sheets being detachable and an inner pocket in the back to tuck your notes away safely.
Don't forget - each of my altered journals is one of a kind because it is hand drawn (and cut) by me!
