A few words about the artist

Silvia Venuti was born in Varese, Italy. She studied at the Accademia delle Belle Arti di Brera in Milan with Domenico Cantatore and Guido Ballo. She taught for various years. She progressed from Action painting to Lyric Abstractionism and in the 90s to Metaphysical Naturalism, through Zen meditation. At present she is working in the field of visual poetry.
